Cancellation & Refund Policy – Paridhan Banarasiya

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • If cancelled in time, any prepaid amount will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
  • Paridhan Banarasiya reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances. Full refund will be issued in such cases.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags intact.
  • Once approved, refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be made via UPI or bank transfer. PAN card is optional and not mandatory for refund processing.

Return Policy & Restrictions

We strive to offer a smooth return experience, but to prevent misuse of the return system, the following policy applies:

If a customer returns 30% or more of their order value in a single return:

  • After the first instance, returns will be disabled for 3 months.
  • After the second instance, returns will be disabled for 6 months.

This policy helps us maintain service quality and reduce misuse.

Exchange Policy

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order separately.
