Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

• To cancel your order, contact our support team immediately.
• Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

• Product is damaged or defective
• Wrong item delivered
• Order not delivered

3. Return Conditions

• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Return request must be raised within 3–5 days of delivery
• Proof (images/video) may be required

Once your return is approved:

• Amount will be credited to original payment method

• Products without original packaging
